Responsibility
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and close high-value partnerships with corporations, governments, and NGOs to accelerate business growth.
- Project Pipeline Management: Lead the end-to-end acquisition of projects, from market research and feasibility studies to contract finalization.
- Market Expansion: Spearhead entry into new sectors or geographies, leveraging data-driven insights to prioritize opportunities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, investors, and industry leaders to position AI Green Bubbles as a preferred partner.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets through diversified income streams.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on partnership deliverables and business objectives.
- Proposal & Pitch Development: Craft compelling business cases, presentations, and proposals tailored to potential partners’ needs.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Proven Track Record: 8+ years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, with a focus on B2B, technology, or sustainability sectors.
- Deal Closure Expertise: Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing complex, high-value deals (USD 1M+).
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI, green tech, or renewable energy markets, with existing networks in Southeast Asia preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Experience managing teams, mentoring junior staff, and driving cross-departmental initiatives.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong financial acumen and ability to evaluate ROI, risk, and scalability of partnerships.
- Communication Excellence: Fluent English (written and verbal) with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences, from technical teams to board members.
- Adaptability: Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
