Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand market share in the lift and elevator sector across Bali and Indonesia.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new construction projects, modernization initiatives, and maintenance contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, architects, contractors, and government agencies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, from proposal submission to final delivery, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the lift industry.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring profitable and sustainable business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to develop innovative lift solutions tailored to client needs and market demands.
  • Monitor and report on business performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or project management within the lift, elevator, or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully securing and managing large-scale projects, with a strong focus on revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Familiarity with local regulations, standards, and market dynamics in Indonesia’s lift and construction sectors.
  • Ability to travel within Bali and other regions in Indonesia as required.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
