Responsibility
- Contact pre-qualified customers from our existing database to promote products/services.
- Deliver persuasive and professional sales pitches tailored to customer needs.
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Accurately record customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to maximize conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine scripts and strategies.
- Handle customer objections and provide solutions to close deals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to enhance sales effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting targets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
