Responsibility
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social selling techniques.
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities through consultative conversations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for meetings set, opportunities created, and pipeline generated.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
- Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
