Responsibility

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities through consultative selling and relationship-building.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Conduct in-depth client needs assessments to tailor software solutions that address specific pain points.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to key decision-makers.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position CPSSoft as a thought leader.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market insights to management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, IT services, or SaaS.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a consultative sales environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines and customer interactions.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across diverse industries.
