Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets in semiconductor, automation, and machinery sectors.
- Identify and engage high-value clients, including manufacturers, distributors, and OEMs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions and proposals for client needs.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine sales approaches.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or business development, preferably in semiconductor/automation industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English (additional languages a plus).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
