Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets in semiconductor, automation, and machinery sectors.
  • Identify and engage high-value clients, including manufacturers, distributors, and OEMs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions and proposals for client needs.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine sales approaches.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or business development, preferably in semiconductor/automation industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
