Responsibility

  • Market and promote available residential, commercial, and luxury properties to prospective clients, ensuring alignment with company pricing strategies.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly occupancy and rental income targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor pricing, and client preferences to refine sales approaches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including investors, expatriates, and local buyers, through personalized consultations and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and present property proposals, contracts, and financial analyses to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling listings, virtual tours, and promotional materials for digital and offline channels.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
  • Provide exceptional post-sale service to enhance client satisfaction and generate referrals.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of at least 2+ years in sales, preferably in real estate, property management, or luxury hospitality.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Deep understanding of the Bali real estate market, including trends in Kuta, Badung, and surrounding areas.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one (if required by local regulations).
