Responsibility
- Conduct technical consultations with clients to assess HVAC needs and recommend optimal Johnson Controls solutions.
- Develop and present customized proposals, including system designs, cost estimates, and energy-saving analyses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, project management, and installation) to ensure project success.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, training, and performance evaluations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging HVAC technologies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, contractors, and facility managers.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Participate in trade shows, seminars, and networking events to promote Johnson Controlsâ brand.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in HVAC sales, technical support, or system design.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and energy management solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
