Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in Bali’s key markets (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new wholesale, retail, and hospitality clients, including hotels, bars, and supermarkets.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor inventory levels and product availability across assigned territories, coordinating with logistics teams to prevent stockouts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for new product placements.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, tastings, and brand activation events.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, FMCG, or beverage distribution, preferably in a regional or field-based role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Familiarity with Bali’s F&B and hospitality industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage a dynamic territory.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali.
