Responsibility
- Strategic Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in digital infrastructure, including data centers, cloud services, and connectivity solutions.
- Partnership Development: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, telecom providers, and tech startups.
- Business Case Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies, financial modeling, and risk assessments for potential investments and collaborations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Represent Kuok Group in industry forums, conferences, and high-level discussions to enhance brand visibility and influence.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with legal, finance, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making.
- Proposal Development: Craft compelling business proposals, pitch decks, and presentations to secure partnerships and funding.
- Performance Tracking: Define KPIs and metrics to measure the success of business development efforts and report progress to senior management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in business development, sales, or strategic planning within the digital infrastructure, telecom, or technology sectors. Manager-level candidates should have 7+ years of experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital infrastructure ecosystems, including data centers, fiber optics, 5G, and cloud computing.
- Networking Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, government officials, and industry leaders.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong financial acumen with experience in market analysis, forecasting, and ROI assessments.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is advantageous.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a willingness to travel as needed.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects from conception to completion.
