Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for automotive spare parts in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including dealers, workshops, and retail outlets, while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular visits to customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Promote Astra Otoparts’ products through effective presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotions, trade shows, and other events to boost brand visibility and sales.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain a healthy accounts receivable pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive spare parts, retail, or FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s automotive market and customer base is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
  • Valid driver’s license (SIM C or A) and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
