Responsibility
- Conduct personalized consultations with parents to assess student needs and recommend suitable Sparks Education programs.
- Drive cross-selling initiatives by identifying upsell opportunities for additional courses, workshops, or learning materials.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead conversion and follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and open-house events.
- Provide feedback on market trends and parent preferences to refine program offerings.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering exceptional service.
- Stay updated on Sparks Education’s curriculum and competitive landscape to position products effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, consulting, or customer service, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust with parents.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close deals and meet targets.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Bali’s educational market and community dynamics is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
