Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in assigned Bali regions.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and implement data-driven improvements to optimize results.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute localized campaigns tailored to Bali’s diverse market segments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
