Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in assigned Bali regions.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and implement data-driven improvements to optimize results.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute localized campaigns tailored to Bali’s diverse market segments.
- Represent Aeon Credit Service at industry events, networking functions, and community engagements to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (preferably in financial services or consumer lending).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage teams effectively.
- Deep understanding of sales strategies, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
- Familiarity with Bali’s market dynamics and cultural nuances is a plus.
