As a key player in our sales team, you will develop and execute strategies to expand our market share by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and delivering tailored chemical solutions to automotive clients. Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of providing high-performance products that enhance vehicle maintenance and longevity.

Based in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas), you’ll work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for career growth, competitive compensation, and the chance to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced industry.

Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for automotive chemical products.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with automotive dealerships, service centers, and fleet operators.
  • Manage and grow key accounts through regular follow-ups, product demonstrations, and customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and promotions tailored to the automotive sector.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on the proper use and benefits of chemical products.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Represent Brexa Indonesia at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive, chemical, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Strong understanding of automotive chemical products (e.g., lubricants, cleaners, coatings) and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
