Join Willis Towers Watson (WTW), a global leader in risk management, insurance broking, and advisory solutions, as a Senior Client Manager for Large Corporate Accounts in the Asia-Pacific region. This is a high-impact role within our Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB) division, where you will drive growth, retention, and strategic relationships with multinational and complex enterprise clients.
Based in the vibrant and dynamic environment of Bali, Indonesia, you’ll collaborate with a diverse, high-performing team to deliver tailored risk solutions that align with client objectives. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from key Bali hubs such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or Badung, while engaging with a global client portfolio.

Responsibility
- Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of large, multinational corporate clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Strategic Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and target markets in Asia-Pacific.
- Risk Advisory: Provide expert guidance on risk management, insurance broking, and customized solutions to meet client needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with underwriting, analytics, and claims teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with insurers, clients, and partners to secure optimal terms and coverage.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to advise clients proactively.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and present data-driven insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term trust with key decision-makers through regular engagement and value-added service.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years in corporate insurance, risk broking, or client management, with a focus on large/complex accounts.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of commercial insurance products, risk transfer mechanisms, and multinational client needs.
- Regional Expertise: Proven experience working with clients or markets in Asia-Pacific.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CPCU, ARM) are a plus.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in CRM systems, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Language: Fluent in English; additional Asian languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
