Responsibility
- Lead and manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional customer service.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in both retail and corporate segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the tourism industry.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management, to ensure profitability.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a managerial role within the tourism, travel, or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and motivating teams.
- Excellent sales and business development skills, with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
- Familiarity with Bali's tourism market and local business environment is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
