Responsibility
- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies to expand the client base in Bali and beyond.
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential leads and emerging opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consultative selling and follow-up.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with campaigns and promotional activities.
- Track and analyze KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, ROI) to optimize performance.
- Participate in training sessions to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (entry-level candidates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages a plus).
