Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth analysis of hospital, radiology, and diagnostic center workflows to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and present customized solutions that address clinical and operational needs.
- Demonstrate product capabilities through compelling presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept sessions for key stakeholders.
- Gather and document customer requirements to guide product development and ensure alignment with market demands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, administrators, and IT teams.
- Provide technical and functional expertise during the sales cycle, including RFP/RFI responses and contract negotiations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies in healthcare IT.
- Assist in the creation of sales collateral, case studies, and training materials to support the sales process.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Healthcare Management, IT, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-sales, sales, or consulting within the healthcare or medical technology sector.
- Proven track record of understanding clinical workflows in hospitals, radiology, or diagnostic centers.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with healthcare IT systems (e.g., PACS, RIS, LIS, EHR) is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages are a plus.
- Self-motivated, analytical, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
