Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing B2B sales team to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to expand enterprise client acquisition and retention.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and refine pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with customer needs and business objectives.
- Monitor KPIs (gross profit, conversion rates, customer lifetime value) and present performance reports to senior management.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key enterprise clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely deal closure.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to position Erajaya as a market leader.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in enterprise or corporate environments.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to lead teams, manage conflicts, and drive performance in a fast-paced setting.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, client acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
