Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
- Prepare and deliver accurate, timely quotations to meet client needs and deadlines.
- Drive order conversion by identifying upsell opportunities and addressing customer concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, legal, operations) to ensure contract compliance and smooth execution.
- Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments to optimize terms and mitigate risks.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Utilize CRM tools to document interactions, track leads, and forecast revenue.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry regulations to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, contract management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with contract law, terms, and compliance standards is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
