Responsibility
- Execute outbound sales calls to existing banking customers to promote and cross-sell loan products.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales KPIs and individual performance targets.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis to recommend the most suitable loan solutions for clients.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of customer interactions and sales leads in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns regarding loan products.
- Stay updated on the latest financial market trends and banking product offerings to provide expert advice.
- Participate in team briefings and training sessions to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the relevant departments while maintaining a professional rapport.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or high-volume outbound calling is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and resilient attitude toward meeting sales targets.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
