As a Telesales Officer, you will be the voice of our brand, engaging clients through outbound calls to promote banking loan products tailored to their financial needs. Responsibility

  • Execute outbound sales calls to existing banking customers to promote and cross-sell loan products.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales KPIs and individual performance targets.
  • Conduct thorough financial needs analysis to recommend the most suitable loan solutions for clients.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of customer interactions and sales leads in the CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns regarding loan products.
  • Stay updated on the latest financial market trends and banking product offerings to provide expert advice.
  • Participate in team briefings and training sessions to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Escalate complex customer issues to the relevant departments while maintaining a professional rapport.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or high-volume outbound calling is highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and resilient attitude toward meeting sales targets.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
