Responsibility

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote multifinance products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their financial requirements.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective telecommunication strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective telesales campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings.
  • Follow up with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and close sales.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, call center, or customer service roles, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection positively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
