Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote multifinance products and services.
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their financial requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective telecommunication strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective telesales campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and close sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, call center, or customer service roles, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection positively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
