Responsibility

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote banking products and services.
  • Identify customer needs through active listening and consultative selling to recommend suitable financial solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to stay updated on promotions, new offerings, and sales strategies.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or a related sales role (banking/financial services preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional phone manner.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, data entry).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as required by business needs.
  • Prior experience in the banking or financial services sector is a plus but not mandatory.
