Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote products/services and generate leads.
- Engage customers in professional and persuasive conversations to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
- Accurately document all call details, customer feedback, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and strategies for improved conversion rates.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and objections with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to deliver informed pitches.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance performance and share best practices.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle rejection positively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as required.
- Prior experience in the call center or B2B/B2C sales is a plus.
