Responsibility
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via telephone to present insurance products and services.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects while ensuring high-quality lead management.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their financial goals and risk protection requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing clear, accurate information.
- Document all interactions and sales progress accurately within the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive collective success.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma, or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience in telesales, outbound calling, or high-volume customer service roles.
- Strong command of English with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A resilient mindset with the ability to handle objections professionally.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM software or Microsoft Office Suite.
