Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering product/service information.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for improving conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship management.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist in daily operational tasks, including data entry, reporting, and administrative support.
- Uphold company values by delivering a professional, friendly, and efficient customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a clear and professional phone manner.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and handling customer objections effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
