Responsibility
- Conduct direct selling of multiguna financial products to new and existing customers in assigned Bali regions.
- Perform field canvassing to identify and engage potential clients through door-to-door or community outreach.
- Gather and analyze customer data through surveys, interviews, and market research to refine retention strategies.
- Ensure high-quality application submissions by verifying client information and compliance with company policies.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs set by the company.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote campaigns and special offers to targeted demographics.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus).
- Proven experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service (financial services industry preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clientele effectively.
- Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali’s local communities (residence in target areas is advantageous).
- Proficient in basic digital tools (e.g., CRM software, mobile apps for data collection).
- Motorcycle license and ownership (required for field mobility).
