Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote company products and services.
- Deliver clear, persuasive, and professional product presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Identify customer pain points and offer customized solutions to drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and close deals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
