Responsibility
- Conduct field canvassing and direct sales activities to promote financial products
- Perform customer surveys and data collection to assess needs and eligibility
- Ensure high-quality application processing and documentation
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention
- Achieve monthly targets for customer acquisition and product sales
- Provide accurate information about financial products and services
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or field canvassing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Bali
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
