Responsibility
- Proactively engage with potential customers via outbound calls, emails, and live chat to promote Carlist.my and Carsomeâs services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating product benefits, pricing, and promotions.
- Address customer feedback, concerns, and objections with professionalism and empathy to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Carsomeâs product updates to enhance sales pitches.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers quickly.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of the automotive industry or e-commerce is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote or hybrid setting.
