In this high-impact role, you will lead the execution of DSV Groupâs Commercial Enterprise Account growth plan, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and cross-functional teams to expand our market presence, strengthen client relationships, and deliver tailored logistics solutions. Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and retention for Enterprise Accounts in APAC.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and delivering customized logistics solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to align on customer requirements and service delivery.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and target high-potential prospects.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service level agreements (SLAs) to maximize profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine commercial strategies.
- Prepare and present business reviews, performance reports, and growth forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving escalations and proactively addressing service gaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
- Proven track record of growing enterprise accounts and achieving revenue targets in APAC markets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with fluency in English (additional Asian languages are advantageous).
- Deep understanding of logistics solutions (air, ocean, road freight) and industry regulations.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to travel regionally as required (up to 30%).
