In this high-impact role, you will lead the execution of DSV Group’s Commercial Enterprise Account growth plan, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and cross-functional teams to expand our market presence, strengthen client relationships, and deliver tailored logistics solutions. Your expertise in key account management, business development, and supply chain optimization will be instrumental in identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction across the APAC region.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and retention for Enterprise Accounts in APAC.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and delivering customized logistics solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to align on customer requirements and service delivery.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and target high-potential prospects.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service level agreements (SLAs) to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine commercial strategies.
  • Prepare and present business reviews, performance reports, and growth forecasts to senior management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving escalations and proactively addressing service gaps.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
  • Proven track record of growing enterprise accounts and achieving revenue targets in APAC markets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with fluency in English (additional Asian languages are advantageous).
  • Deep understanding of logistics solutions (air, ocean, road freight) and industry regulations.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to travel regionally as required (up to 30%).
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
