Responsibility
- Partner Onboarding & Activation: Develop and implement onboarding strategies to ensure new partners are quickly and effectively integrated into our ecosystem.
- Strategic Outreach: Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with potential partners, including businesses, influencers, and industry leaders.
- Content & Tool Development: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create tailored resources (e.g., toolkits, case studies, visuals) that empower partners to succeed.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize collaboration and ROI.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead discussions and finalize agreements with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and alignment with company goals.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnership strategies with broader business objectives.

Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 3+ years in partnership development, business development, or sales, preferably in tech, SaaS, or digital marketing.
- Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of cultivating long-term partnerships.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute data-driven outreach strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and partnership management platforms.
- Results-Oriented: Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPIs such as partner acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
