Responsibility
- Field Sales Execution: Conduct in-person sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Market Analysis: Research local market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and logistics) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and KPIs using CRM tools.
- Training & Development: Participate in structured training programs to enhance sales techniques, leadership skills, and product knowledge.
- Event Coordination: Organize and lead promotional events, trade shows, and community engagements to boost brand visibility.
- Territory Management: Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales within assigned regions in Bali.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English proficiency; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Sales Aptitude: Natural ability to engage, persuade, and close deals—prior sales or customer service experience is advantageous.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across Bali and potentially other regions as required.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
