Responsibility
- Proactively identify, reach out to, and qualify potential leads through cold calling and digital outreach.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of Cartrack’s telematics and tracking solutions to key decision-makers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity targets and revenue quotas.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline within our CRM system to track progress and forecast performance.
- Conduct professional virtual demonstrations and product consultations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the field sales team to facilitate seamless handovers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates to remain a subject matter expert.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales role (experience in B2B tech or automotive services is a plus).
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and proficient English communication skills.
- Exceptional verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- High level of resilience, self-motivation, and a target-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools (Microsoft Office/Google Suite).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
