Responsibility
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries across all digital platforms (WhatsApp, Marketplace, Social Media) in a professional and timely manner.
- Actively promote and sell jersey products by providing personalized recommendations and product information to potential customers.
- Process incoming orders accurately and ensure seamless coordination with the warehouse/logistics team.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Update and maintain online store inventory and product listings to ensure accuracy.
- Create daily sales reports and monitor performance metrics to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Proactively follow up with abandoned carts or previous customers to re-engage and secure repeat business.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, Admin Sales, or in a similar online retail role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.) and instant messaging apps.
- High sales orientation with the ability to persuade and convert potential leads into paying customers.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple chat threads simultaneously.
- Fast learner, disciplined, and possess a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Sukoharjo, Jawa Tengah.
