In this role, you will be the face of our brand, serving as the primary point of contact for our online customers. You won't just be answering questions; you will be instrumental in driving sales, converting inquiries into satisfied customers, and building long-term loyalty through exceptional service.

Responsibility

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries across all digital platforms (WhatsApp, Marketplace, Social Media) in a professional and timely manner.
  • Actively promote and sell jersey products by providing personalized recommendations and product information to potential customers.
  • Process incoming orders accurately and ensure seamless coordination with the warehouse/logistics team.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Update and maintain online store inventory and product listings to ensure accuracy.
  • Create daily sales reports and monitor performance metrics to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Proactively follow up with abandoned carts or previous customers to re-engage and secure repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, Admin Sales, or in a similar online retail role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.) and instant messaging apps.
  • High sales orientation with the ability to persuade and convert potential leads into paying customers.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple chat threads simultaneously.
  • Fast learner, disciplined, and possess a positive 'can-do' attitude.
  • Residing in or willing to relocate to Sukoharjo, Jawa Tengah.
