Responsibility

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients through scheduled calls and periodic site visits.
  • Execute client engagement plans as per the established agenda and communication strategy.
  • Proactively gather client feedback and identify areas for service improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve client inquiries or service issues efficiently.
  • Prepare detailed reports on client satisfaction levels and engagement activities.
  • Provide support during client onboarding sessions and product demonstration meetings.
  • Assist in the documentation of client profiles and interaction history within our CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled as an active student or a recent graduate in Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • High level of empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to assist others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital collaboration tools.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
  • A proactive mindset with a problem-solving orientation.
  • Ability to travel within the Jakarta area for client visits as required.
