Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and introduce company products/services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate product solutions to address them.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve objections professionally to facilitate closing sales.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share best practices and strategy updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency is a plus).
- Strong resilience and a positive attitude towards handling rejection.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
