Responsibility
- Engage with potential customers via chat and phone to introduce and promote our swimwear products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through friendly, persuasive, and professional communication.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and promotions to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Handle customer objections and concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to enhance sales performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or sales training is a plus.
- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers quickly.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
