Responsibility
- Install, configure, and maintain telephony systems, including VoIP, PBX, and traditional phone lines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in telecommunication equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Collaborate with sales teams to assess client needs and recommend suitable telephony solutions.
- Document all service activities, repairs, and customer interactions for record-keeping.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in telephony technology and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards during all technical operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telephony Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of VoIP, PBX systems, and analog/digital telephony.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites in Bali.
- Basic understanding of network protocols and IT infrastructure is a plus.
