Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products/services and generate leads.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Accurately document all call activities, customer interactions, and sales outcomes in CRM systems.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional service to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align telemarketing strategies with broader campaigns.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed.
- Comfortable with high call volumes and rejection; resilient and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Outlook).
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Bali market or willingness to relocate to Canggu.
