Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and event attendees, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, including logistics, vendor communications, and on-site support.
- Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities, following up on leads, and converting inquiries into bookings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute brand outreach projects and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and event details using CRM tools.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and service standards.
- Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Passion for customer service and sales with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and CRM software.
