Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote banking and insurance products.
- Maintain and update accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and effectively pitch personalized financial solutions.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly outbound call and lead generation KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service while handling objections professionally.
- Participate in ongoing product training to stay updated on financial regulations and market trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to streamline the lead conversion process.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in any field.
- Previous experience in telesales, call center, or customer service roles preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Highly self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
