Responsibility
- Activate and register Telkomsel Halo SIM cards for new customers with accuracy and efficiency.
- Educate customers on Telkomsel’s products, services, and promotions to drive adoption and upsell opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by proactively engaging with customers in-store and through outreach.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Telkomsel’s latest offerings, pricing, and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with store teams to optimize product displays and promotional materials for maximum visibility.
- Track and report sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to management.
- Uphold brand standards and compliance with company policies in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably in telecommunications or FMCG.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse customer segments effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with mobile devices, SIM card activation processes, and basic troubleshooting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Residents of Bali or willingness to relocate to the specified locations.
