Responsibility
- Sales Leadership: Drive store revenue by setting and achieving sales targets, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and brand passion.
- Customer Experience: Ensure every customer interaction reflects Levi’s brand values, resolving escalations and maintaining a welcoming, premium shopping environment.
- Inventory & Merchandising: Oversee stock levels, replenishment, and visual merchandising to align with brand guidelines and local market trends.
- Operational Compliance: Maintain adherence to company policies, loss prevention standards, and health/safety regulations.
- Visual Standards: Execute seasonal visual merchandising directives to enhance product appeal and drive foot traffic.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, inventory, and KPIs to inform strategic decisions.
- Community Engagement: Build relationships with local customers, influencers, and tourism stakeholders to boost brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3+ years in retail management, preferably in fashion or premium apparel brands.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams in a high-volume retail setting.
- Sales Acumen: Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and driving operational efficiency.
- Brand Knowledge: Passion for Levi’s products and a deep understanding of denim trends and customer preferences.
- Communication: Fluent English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer complaints, staff conflicts, and operational challenges with professionalism.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons.
