Responsibility
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable furniture products.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and promotions to drive sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement promotional strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of furniture products and home decor trends is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
