Responsibility
- Ensure products are stocked, displayed, and rotated according to FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principles to minimize waste and maximize sales.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor inventory levels, identify stock gaps, and replenish products as needed to maintain optimal availability.
- Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to implement promotional displays, seasonal campaigns, and brand activations that drive customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, stock transfers, and returns, to ensure data integrity and support supply chain efficiency.
- Perform routine housekeeping tasks, such as organizing backroom storage, cleaning display areas, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Gather and report competitive intelligence, including pricing, promotions, and product placement, to inform strategic decision-making.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and representing the brand professionally at all times.
- Assist in training store staff on product knowledge, merchandising standards, and best practices to enhance in-store execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising, inventory management, or a related field; prior experience in FMCG or consumer goods is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with store staff, customers, and team members.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to handle tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods during store visits.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous for local market interactions.
- Reliable transportation (e.g., motorbike or car) and willingness to travel across assigned retail locations in Bali.
