Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and team leadership
- Supervise and train a team of 8-12 sales associates
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained
- Manage inventory control and visual merchandising
- Handle cash management and daily sales reporting
- Implement promotional campaigns and sales strategies
- Maintain store appearance and safety standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail supervisory experience
- Excellent English and Indonesian communication skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, MS Office)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Passion for toys and children's products preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field advantageous
