Responsibility
- Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure product availability to maximize sales opportunities.
- Implement promotional strategies and in-store marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and revenue growth.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally, ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and recommending improvements to enhance performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards across all branch activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and support company-wide objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Proven track record of driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and leading teams in a retail environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Familiarity with retail KPIs, merchandising, and customer service best practices.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
