Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting clients in selecting Thule products that meet their needs.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to enhance customer understanding and drive sales.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space in accordance with brand standards.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Stay updated on Thuleâs latest product releases, promotions, and industry trends to provide expert advice.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure smooth store operations, including inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in premium or outdoor lifestyle brands.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Passion for outdoor activities, travel, or sports (familiarity with Thule products is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
