Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive brand growth and market penetration in assigned territories.
- Conduct field visits and client meetings to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch promotional campaigns and product initiatives.
- Train and mentor junior sales associates to ensure high performance and team cohesion.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client portfolio.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proven leadership potential through academic, extracurricular, or professional experiences.
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and other assigned regions.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a plus).
- Basic understanding of sales principles, market analysis, and customer relationship management (CRM).
